    The battery capacity reserve provides 15 minutes of load support - this is more than enough for a smooth transition of the load to power from the diesel generator in the event of a power failure from the main network.






    Distribution equipment is located in a separate technical room.





    Some distribution cabinets for connecting racks are located in bus stations.



    To cool the car dealerships in a separate technical room - a ventilation chamber, the precision Uniflair freon air conditioners manufactured by Schneider Electric, installed according to the N + 1 scheme, are installed.



    Above the air conditioners, special adjustable hatches are provided, through which hot air comes from the car decks, which is taken in by the indoor units of the air conditioners.



    Cold air from the air conditioner is driven under the raised floor and is blown up in front of the front panel of the rack.





    Design power consumption of a standard rack in a data center - from 7 kW. If necessary, heat sink systems allow you to install and more loaded racks with energy consumption up to 20 kW.

    The raised floor height is 1.2 m.





    When installing the cooling system, the requirements regarding the limitation of the length of the freon paths between the blocks to 30 meters and the height difference of up to 15 meters were taken into account.

    The outdoor air conditioning modules are on the roof. The location of “DataPro Tver” almost in the city center implied certain requirements, in particular, noise reduction. To comply with them, it was necessary to use fans with a lower rotational speed, but at the same time double their number.







    In "DataPro Tver" indoor air humidity is 40-60% at a temperature of + 25 + 2'0С. These parameters are provided thanks to a solution unique to Russia - a humidification system operating on the adiabatic principle.

    The choice of just such a system is explained by significant savings in operation compared with the classical evaporative humidification subsystem (based on the isothermal principle), which are traditionally equipped with precision air conditioners.

    The adiabatic humidification system in the DataPro Tver includes pneumatic pumps with nozzles.













    Compressor with compressed air line connected to the pump.



    And a prepared water tank connected to the pump by a water main.





    The moisturizing effect is achieved by spraying tiny droplets of water into the air stream through nozzles. In this solution, there are no high-pressure lines: purified water is supplied to the evaporator, which is driven to the nozzles by air at a pressure of 3 atm. In Russia, this is one of the first implementations of this kind.

    In the same room where the tank with prepared water for the humidification system is located, the heating system of the building is also located.





    The state of the engineering and IT infrastructure of the data center is monitored by the on-duty change of the data center.







    On the second floor there are office and storage rooms, as well as a fire extinguishing system and cross rooms.

    DataPro Data Center is fully prepared to receive customers. The building on the second floor has an office part, which will allow you to place backup or temporary offices as part of a scenario to ensure business continuity of the company.

    A meeting room is provided for meetings.



    DataPro takes care of its employees, partners and customers - the kitchen adjoins the office premises.



    The warning and fire extinguishing system includes all the elements inherent in modern systems of this level. The data center is equipped with a VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) early warning smoke system and sensors located in rooms along with 360-degree circular cameras.







    The fire extinguishing system includes a set of gas cylinders: a 100% supply of working gas has been created to extinguish the fire. For fire protection, the effective gas HFC 227 was chosen. Due to the large weight of the cylinders in the station area, the builders made a special concrete “backing”.







    The fire extinguishing station is closed by wall and ceiling panels forming a closed room.



    Pipes from the fire extinguishing station are routed throughout the building.



    Management of the fire safety system is possible both in manual and automatic mode. Two ultra-precise filtering stages eliminate the possibility of false alarms.



    The data center receives power from two independent city inputs.

    A transformer substation manufactured by Schneider Electric is installed on a concrete “cushion” in a guarded area located on the back of the building.



    In the immediate vicinity of the transformer substation, 4 diesel-generator sets with a capacity of 1800 kW each are in a state of readiness for launch. For noise reduction, protective covers are used. The continuous operation of the diesel generator set for 12 hours is ensured by the necessary fuel supply.







    Around the building is laid the grounding system loop, lightning protection systems are installed on the roof, as well as protection against lightning and switching overvoltages.

    The construction of the DataPro Data Center in Tver is a serious step towards strengthening and developing the Upper Volga region in the innovation sector. It is possible that the presence of such an object will attract investment in the construction of new reliable communication channels in the Tver region, thereby contributing to the creation of hundreds of high-tech jobs in the region.

    The second object in the DataPro network of data centers, which the company has already begun construction, will be the data center on Aviamotornaya Street in Moscow, with an installed capacity of more than 20 MW. The area of ​​the facility (16,000 sq. M.) Will accommodate about 3,000 server racks. Commissioning of the first stage for 400 rack seats is planned for the summer of 2014. The

    last in the top three large-scale projects will be the data center in the near Moscow region, which will be built from the zero cycle. This facility is designed for approximately 2500 racks; its installed capacity will be about 20 MW.

    Over the next four years, DataPro plans to complete all work at three sites and connect them into a single network, which will allow you to process unprecedented amounts of data and deploy the most complex business scenarios.
