DUMP-2014 will be held in Yekaterinburg on March 14

    Once upon a time, in one distant, distant galaxy, and actually 4 years ago in Yekaterinburg, we at IT-People decided for the first time to hold an IT conference that would give a certain dump to the industry at that moment - who, what and in which companies writes what he is interested in, what trends and tools are in the development and management of projects.

    Every year the conference grew. In 2011 it was 2 streams and 150 participants, in 2012 - 5 streams and 300 participants, in 2013 - 500 IT specialists, not only from Yekaterinburg. And we do not stop there.

    March 14, 2014 we will meet for the fourth time. Join now!

    Our plans for this year: 700 participants, 6 parallel streams and about 70 presentations from Russian and foreign speakers.

    Reports will go in seven sections:
    • Front-end
    • Serverside
    • Interface development • Development
    management
    • Analytics
    • Testing
    • Rocket science (at the junction of industrial programming and scientific research)

    Everyone will have something to discuss on the sidelines

    Probably, all organizers have their own criteria for success.

    We will understand that DUMP-2014 was successful if its participants:
    - find out what is happening in the field of software development in Ural companies;
    - get acquainted with global trends;
    - The reports will be more interesting than on the sidelines (although this is a mega difficult task);
    - everyone will leave with at least one idea that they want to implement from Monday.

    By the way, we are moving from the cozy and familiar Angelo to a new venue - Yekaterinburg EXPO. There is a lot of space, and we just have a lot of grandiose ideas about what can be arranged during breaks: from racing on segways to battles of robots. There is a place to take a walk :)

    Now we are creating a program, because this is the most important.

    Armin Ronacher, Artyom Polikarpov, Anton Nemtsev, Roman Dvornov, Vadim Patsev, Alexander Gornik, Dmitry Kotkin have already confirmed their participation.
