Foresight: HR-2020

    Hello!

    On Saturday, December 21, in St. Petersburg , we , together with the companies "Classmates" and "the Paper Planes" will hold an event "Foresight: HR 2020", devoted to human resource management. Our main main speaker will be Ilya Balakhnin, a leading Russian specialist in marketing, New Media and Human Resources.

    The goal of Foresight is to develop new and unique knowledge in the field of human resource management. Based on this knowledge, specific tasks will be developed and tools selected for their solution. The invited experts in the format of the discussion, in which the participants of the event will be involved, will exchange their opinions on all the stated issues and give comments and recommendations on improving the efficiency of HR processes.

    Event Structure

    The event will be divided into 4 sections: one introductory and three thematic. At the beginning of each section, Ilya will give some kind of introductory (20 minutes), and then the participants in the round table together with the rest of the room will hold a discussion on the topics indicated. Experts will argue with each other, the hall will throw rotten tomatoes at them actively intervening in all this, and the moderator will try to survive, will monitor the format and ensure that people do not offtopic.

    The plan is this:

    Section 1 (Short)

    • Greetings from the organizers
    • introduction

    Section 2

    • Traditional HR VS HR 2.0
    • New approaches to hiring, training, adaptation and other components of HR policy;
    • Generation Y Engagement Tools: Communications Transformation;
    • Social networks as a new way of recruiting;
    • HR features in New Media. What kind of personnel do you need and where to look for it, with minimal effort.

    Moderate this discussion will be CEO FriendWork alexanderkrass , and become its participants:
    • Oksana Gorbunova, SperaSoft
    • Rodion Myasnikov, EPAM
    • Nadezhda Saprykina, ITmozg

    and another 1-2 specialists, most likely in the field of recruitment.

    In general, this section (recruitment) seems to me the most poppy, at least in IT. It is no secret that labor markets, especially in large cities (St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kiev, Novosib, etc.) are now overheated, and companies are casting out as they can.

    Section 3

    • The interaction of top management and HR services: how to understand and be understood?
    • How to build effective interaction of the HR service with other departments?
    • HR and PR: how to achieve synergy;
    • HR branding - openness as an image of success;
    • What will happen if you do not deal with the HR brand: the story of one failure.

    This discussion will be moderated by Maria Makarova, Operations Director of iChar.

    Participants will be:
    • Ksenia Burenina, SoftBalans
    • Maria Shchekotovskaya, e-Legion
    • Ekaterina Evseeva, 1C-Rarus
    • Ekaterina Samsonkina, Independent Consultant

    To be honest, personally I am a little scared in this discussion two things:
    1. obvious bias towards ITH
    2. purely female membership

    However, probably this is the specificity of us and our ties (and they are mostly IT) on the one hand and the gender structure of this industry on the other. It’s just that this discussion would not have turned into a brawl ...

    Section 4

    • New opportunities for process quality control;
    • Communication methods between employees and management: digitalization of internal corporate communications;
    • Gamification as an employee motivation tool;
    • Knowledge management within the organization: how to instill a knowledge-sharing culture for employees.

    In this section (the most interesting, in my opinion), the composition of the participants has not yet been formed. Valery Bodenkov, director of Infracto, kindly agreed to take part in the discussion.

    In addition, we continue to negotiate with
    • Irina Matveeva, former HR Director of T-Systems, Murano Software, Unison and Intermedia
    • Alexander Malofeev of the Human Resources Directorate of Mvideo, SMM;
    • Anna Nesmeeva, head of the community of internal communicators at NP RSVK.
    • Tatyana Orlova, Adolex CEO
    • Anton Fedchin and Vladimir Kochetkov from Odnoklassniki

    and other specialists. So the chances that the composition will turn out to be strong are very high.

    Conclusion

    Personally, I’m interested in pushing between my eyes an ITH and an ITHI and understand who is ahead of whom and in what. For example, I assume that IT recruitment (due to the overheating of the personnel market mentioned above) should be ahead of the rest. At the same time, it is obvious that in other aspects (for example, in HR, PR and marketing issues), most IT companies are in their infancy.

    In general, let's see what happens. I can not vouch for the super result, but it’s wildly interesting!
