C720 is a thinner and lighter C7 modification that promises to last all day on battery power.

The new Chromebook is 30 percent thinner and lighter, a great choice for a student or writer with constant Wi-Fi access.

Like the previous Chromebooks, the new C720 has on board a constantly updated Chrome OS, built on the basis of the Google Chrome browser. Acer claims to boot in seven seconds and a device lifetime of 8.5 hours. Inside the C720 is 4 gigabytes of DDR3 and the new Intel Celeron 2955U processor from the Haswell family. The laptop also comes with 16 gigabyte SSDs and Wi-Fi a / b / g / n standards to access Google’s cloud storage.

The laptop has an 11.6 - inch screen with a resolution of 1366x768, USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, as well as HDMI for connecting to a TV or external monitor.
