New LifePay Features: Everything for the convenience of customers

    Today we want to talk about two new features: cache and gratuities.

    The cache function is designed to account for cash payments in your account. The client on the spot, as before, chooses a payment method. Only now in the application, and accordingly in your personal account, all received money are recorded - both by card and cash, which gives additional control and accounting for the actions of couriers, employees, etc.

    Tip. It’s logical that when paying with a card, you can go for cash to leave for tea, if you liked everything, the client doesn’t want to, and it can be uncomfortable. Therefore, we introduced the ability to receive tips when paying with a card in the application - a good incentive for your staff to work better.

    In connection with the foregoing, the payment procedure has changed. The first step remains the same - enter the payment amount and its purpose and click Next.

    The client chose cash: enter in the box that appears how much money the client gave, if more than necessary, the change will be calculated automatically. Next, enter the client’s contacts where the slip-check is sent. Sending a check is an exclusively accounting function for the convenience of customers, so that they can see transactions performed not only on cards, but also in cash in their personal account (and in unloading from it). Naturally, there are no requests to the bank when accepting cash. The commission is NOT withheld.

    signature is not required for cash payments. The receipt received will contain the amount and purpose of the payment along with the customer’s contacts.

    The client pays by credit card: insert the reader into the smartphone’s audio jack, roll the card, enter the contacts to send the check, and the client puts a signature on the screen with his finger.

    Next New Feature - Tips


    If the client wants to thank for the good service, but there is no cash? Yes, no question, he can leave a tip with the card. To do this, the client enters the amount or clicks on the number with a percentage. Important: you don’t need to roll the card again.

    In the received receipt, the amount and purpose of payment, customer signature, tip size and card number will be indicated.
    Adding tips to the check is not supported in cash - it is logical that if the client pays in cash, then he will give the tip in cash directly to the seller.
