    “Hello!
An initiative has been posted under my account on the ROI portal, which already today, August 10 (most likely) will gain 100 thousand votes: “Repeal the law on arbitrary blocking of Internet resources dated 02.07.2013 No. 187-FZ (law against the Internet)“
    www .roi.ru / poll / petition / gosudarstvennoe_upravlenie1 / otmenit-zakon-o-proizvolnyh-blokirovkah-internet-resursov-ot-02072013-187-fz-zakon-protiv-interneta
Please consider a number of my suggestions:

    1) Do not stop voting for this initiative after collecting its 100,000th signature, while sending the petition for consideration to the expert commission. Stop collecting signatures on it only after resolving the issue indicated in it.
    2) To help ensure that the meeting of the commission to consider this issue takes place as soon as possible, as the question raised in the text of this petition is over-relevant and resonant for society and the Internet industry, which we see at the unprecedented pace of voting - after only 1 month and 1 week, 100,000 official signatures were received from citizens of the Russian Federation and all the time as the petition appeared at the polls, it was always in 1st place in terms of the rate of voting, i.e. was the most popular on the ROI portal. At the same time, only 345 people spoke out “against” the initiative, while “FOR” - one hundred thousand.
    3) Invite me and, if possible, co-authors (*) of this petition, when considering the issue on it, to a meeting of the relevant commission, with the right to speak with my own words, as a representative of those 100 thousand people who have signed on this popular initiative.

    . Sincerely, Artem Kozlyuk "
