Do you take it individually? To the cash desk!

Since 2013, individual entrepreneurs must love their homeland more. 2 times.

    2012
In 2012, the payment in the Pension Fund is calculated based on the base rate of one minimum wage, and is equal to 14386.32 rubles.

    2013
Starting next year, the payment will be considered on the basis of 2 minimum wages.
Moreover, the minimum wage recently increased from 4611 to 5205, by 13%.
So, for the future pension now you have to pay 32,479.2 rubles.

I myself am not an IP. I have several LLCs in Russia, I have never been IP.
But, I will not hide, I looked closely.
And yes, I am aware that IP payments to the FIU can be tax-deductible.
However, what to do for those who do not pay so many taxes? After all, if an individual entrepreneur sits on a simplified system of 6%, then you must earn more than 500,000 a year so that you do not feel this increase!

Several times in discussions of various financial and tax strategies for a freelancer (or just an individual entrepreneur!) Here on Habré I received urgent advice to pay attention to org. IP form. Like, everything is wonderful: registration, tax, bank, and international activity even!
And, to admit, sometimes it even seemed that a private entrepreneur is a good option for “landing” a part of income, at least local, Russian.
And here is such a surprise!

For me, this is definitely a stop point: I was not going to pour half a million rubles into this structure.
Means, and I should not be.

It would be interesting to read the opinion of habrayuzers-IP in the comments: will this change change your attitude to this organizational form? Will it force me to look for some other options for legalizing activities and landing incomes?
