Internet Explorer 10 Preview for Windows 7 is now available

    Today, as promised, a preview version of Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 7 has become available. Link to the download page here and direct link to the Russian version for Windows 7 SP1 x64 here (x86 here ).

    In the afternoon, the link was here , but it led to a page that didn’t exist, by the evening the link was completely removed from there, and closer to midnight it became accessible and operational again.

    UPD Of the notable changes:
    1) the speed of rendering pages and the browser as a whole has increased significantly;
    2) fortunately there is no built-in flash;
    3) alas, but the cool convex scrollbars from Windows 7 gave way to a flat a la Windows 8the design style of buttons and controls on web pages has become completely similar to that in Windows 8;
    3) an incomprehensible glitch from the version for Windows 8 remained - when you close one tab from several, all tabs expand to the size that occupied the entire row of tabs together with the closed one, and then again narrow to the normal size UPD: This is one of the features: “if you hover over cross the rightmost tab and press say 5 times - the last 5 tabs will close.
