    Quote from the agreement on the provision of communication services to individuals:

    3.4. The subscriber is prohibited :
    ...
    3.4.4. Use the Services for the purpose of transmitting voice information over a data network, including over the Internet, that is, the Subscriber is prohibited from using programs such as Skype and the like for transmitting voice information over the Internet.

    Regarding the situation, I can say the following (the official comment of the company: at the moment, MTS Internet subscribers are NOT forbidden to use programs for transmitting voice information such as Skype and the like. Naturally, the installation and use of these programs is NOT blocked and the services are provided in full.

    Problem occurred due to the fact that an outdated version of the contract was posted on the site.This clause, which says about the prohibition of programs for the transmission of voice information, was also included by Comstar-Direct, which where their company did not have a license to provide voice services in the data network,
    we are now updating all subscription agreements, and, of course, this clause will be excluded from the new version of the agreement.
