I do not really understand what is happening. Why did so sharply dirty linen suddenly sprinkle in open access? Does anyone have intelligible versions of what is happening?
Update: Apparently the problem is complex. For the most part, careless admins and ill-conceived engines of online stores are to blame, but some people have questions about Yandex.
