    I will explain the situation briefly.

    On June 11, an entry appeared on the EMS website that my package was in the EMS warehouse (for tracking on emspost.ru). I called and asked that the courier deliver it to me. I got an application for the 16th (Friday). The courier waited all day. No one came, no one called.

    I called the support service again - I asked why the courier had not arrived, to which I was told that they had mistakenly delivered the parcel to the wrong courier and said that the delivery list was issued for tomorrow (Saturday, June 17). OK.

    Saturday. He waited all day ... There was nobody ...

    I called at 18.50 and ask to clarify where my package is and where the courier is. To which they answer me that the courier works until 19.00, so WAIT. The fact that 10 minutes remained until the end of the working day of the courier does not bother anyone. And the obvious fact that for sure no one will come is also ignored.

    Calling back in 10 minutes. No information. I ask you to apply for an independent fence. Make out.

    Just in case, I call back at 23.00 and ask if I can pick up the parcel tomorrow, to which they reply that a COURIER will come to me tomorrow ... Accordingly, my request was ignored. Well, hope dies last.

    Sunday. All day, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at home, I wait ... Nobody ... Despair takes over ...

    I call the support service. All the same story. Offer to issue a wish for an independent fence. I make out. Swearing. I’ll call back later - status - the package has been handed over to the courier ... Expect delivery on Mon.

    After these words, I have no strength left. I leave a complaint, again 5 I call the support service. Talking with "robots" is simply no longer enough. All my applications, such a feeling, remain only words. And from one of the employees I get very practical advice - “Drink valerian if you can’t control your nerves.”

    Today in the morning I'm calling back again. We swear a lot. And from that side there are 4 memorized phrases and nothing more! No one can tell me how to pick up my package. No one can do anything.

    It comes to the point that I ask the number of the courier himself to call him and find him, to come to him himself, but, of course, no one gives me the number. They give a control room number, where it’s simply impossible to get through ...

    I’m completely desperate, I don’t know what to do ... Parcel is needed tomorrow, because I’m leaving Moscow tomorrow night ...

    If there is anyone here who can at least somehow help with advice or something else - Please provide information. Patience is running out.
