e-Registration in Russian

The other day, President Medvedev talked about how easy it was for him to register a company in Singapore without leaving his computer. And I must say that we are approaching Singapore standards with great strides.

In April, the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate launched an electronic registration experiment in Moscow. Due to this, notaries began to file documents of entrepreneurs in tax in electronic form. This saved businessmen from standing for hours in the lines of the 46th IFTS.

So far, there are only five notaries in Moscow who work according to such a scheme. In order to submit these documents, you need:
    1. Bring to the notary a fully formed, signed, but not stitched set of documents, including paid bank receipts for payment of state duty.
    2. The notary will verify the applicant’s signature and will scan these documents with you, and take the originals to his archive.
    3. A container will be formed from the scanned documents, which the notary will sign with his digital signature and send to the Federal Tax Service.
    4. After that, the notary will issue you a receipt during the day, and on the appointed day you will come to collect your documents from the tax office.

The second option is possible when you yourself scan documents and form a package for sending, but for this you need a special digital signature from the tax office.

To be honest, we are not satisfied with either the first or second option. Therefore, the team of "Document Clerk" began to develop additional functionality for electronic registration. But, since in this process a large number of nuances and much does not depend on us, we managed to realize only part of what was conceived, while there is still too much manual labor. Now with the service, the registration process is as follows:
    1. In 15 minutes, you prepare documents in the “Document Clerk”. Thus, you no longer need to go to a lawyer and pay from 3 to 5 thousand rubles. Let us know the convenient time for which we will write you to the notary public.
    2. Pay receipts at the bank.
    3. At the appointed time, give the notary prepared documents.
    4. Visit the tax office and take the certificate.

The list of notaries is constantly updated. It can be viewed on the tax website http://www.r77.nalog.ru .

Now we need the help of the community to run the service in and understand how much the idea of fully electronic registration is in demand.

Especially for this, we launch a pilot for Moscow entrepreneurs for one week - the service " Electronic Registration " with a 60% discount, i.e. only 200 rubles.
