- Never give accurate estimates and promises. Always give mixed comments: “Maybe,” “well, we could do it, of course,” “well, yes, that could be done.”
- Demand that everything happens faster as soon as possible, rather than expecting a deadline.
- Agree with everything. And the next time this question is raised again, declare that you generally hear about it for the first time.
- Surprise the manager with a sudden vacation for a couple of weeks.
- One cannot directly disagree with something. Wait until you both answer to the most important person and begin to resist with anguish the adoption of the current decision.
- Accuse him of all sins and do not give the opportunity to make excuses.
- Accept the invitation to the rally immediately, but in no case do not appear there.
- Why talk on the phone? Write letters with a copy to 20 recipients!
- Once a week, do the following exercises: double the number of tasks, shorten the lead time, present new critical places.
- It will be great to rearrange all the tasks in the manager’s schedule randomly while he is sleeping sweetly.
