OnLive: Let's play in the clouds?

OnLive president Steve Perlman said his company has received a patent for the OnLive Game Service cloud gaming technology.
The patent describes a well-known method of launching games on remote servers and transferring an interactive video stream to a player (to a computer or MicroConsole game console).

The biggest and bold plus of this technology is the ability to run the most demanding games of the game on almost any computer (Windows, Linux or Mac OS X), iPad, TV and Android phones (while in beta testing).
The user only needs broadband access to the Network.

The OnLive service launched in June this year, but the patent has been received only now.
