DeaDBeeF 0.4.2 released
DeaDBeeF 0.4.2 released
Fans of foobar2000 and deadbeef, rejoice! A new version of this wonderful player has been released. Outwardly, an unremarkable player (although I prefer such laconicism) reproduces a huge number of formats, including CUE markup, which under Linux support units of players and it's awful.
Fast, easy, hassle-free and just a pleasant player from a domestic developer. The list of changes is huge (a reason for envy to other developers of audio players):
- Added translations to many languages
- Extending the menu through plugins
- Ability to format headers by running system utilities
- MIDI Support
- Updated many lossless decoders
- Support for corrupted CUE files
- New Icons
- Improved global hotkey support
- Creating a new double click playlist from scratch in a playlist list
- Quickly switch playlists by Alt + [1-9]
- Many tools for formatting various headers
- Faster cold start
- Bugs fixed and cover loading faster
- Ability to save current position and playlist when closing
- Scrolling through playlists
- And many other changes ...
Part of the new settings: You can download it from the official DeaDBeeF website. For Ubuntu users: Sorry for the technical delay in posting the news.
