The capital of the Russian electric vehicle industry

What city in Russia today can be called the city of electric vehicles? And which city is suitable for the development and implementation of electric vehicles?
If the answer to the first question is obvious today, then the second answer will be as follows - the vacancy is open. But for how long? !!!

Indeed, which city can be considered optimal for starting a city with a new paradigm of ecological, safe transport?
It is clear that this should be a city that is modern enough, not small, but also not big, so that there is a developed road infrastructure, that there are enough public places in the city, so that there is a space where it would be possible to organize a new electromobile paradigm without prejudice to historical heritage .
It should be a city near which there is a river, which means there is available electricity. There should be a railway and there should be an airport with international lines to at least the main air hubs of the world and developed services and services for tourists. The city should have a developed educational base for technologists, methodologists, business administrators, experts. The presence in the city of factories and specialists in the field of chemical, cable, engineering products, as well as engineering is especially significant!
Well, how do you know your city? :)

As of January 1, 2006 in Russia there were:
13 cities with a population of more than 1 million inhabitants, 167 cities with a population of more than 100 thousand inhabitants (based on materials from the State Statistics Service) and about 900 cities with a population of less than 100 thousand. And if we now proceed from the needs of the electric city, then among the 167 cities of Russia one can single out a dozen suitable cities.
If even in the wildest fantasies accept this paradigm and agree that your city can become the electric capital of Russia and boldly go for an experiment to switch from theoretical knowledge to practical implementation in the city, it is quite clear that it will be necessary to supplement the existing infrastructure: combine parking , public places with charging stations, create a smart parking system and a smart security system, etc. However, all these initiatives will not require the demolition or restructuring of old systems - all this can be introduced sequentially and in stages ... Only one thing remains important - to accept this paradigm;)
The paradigm itself is much broader than the understanding of the development, implementation and use of electric vehicles and is expanding to all possible means of transportation. The paradigm includes a host of new categories, such as the ability to exchange information between movable, fixed and immovable objects, which allows you to build an effective and safe space for people, cars and buildings.
Example: an urban automated system for monitoring parking spaces, capable of tracking every second where and what is occupied and where and how much is free, and accordingly transmit this information to both the driver and the electric car ...

While I am crucifying in my desire to convey some kind of fiction to us and to me, others have accepted the electric car as current reality and are already engaged in the development of Products with might and main, and are aggressively promoting their markets.

Renault has launched the ZE (Zero Emsssion) line of cars: the spacious Fluence family sedan, the economical Kangoo station wagon, the elegant Zoe, the Twizy two-seater, and the powerful DeZir sports car

. Israel today has adopted an electric vehicle paradigm for the whole country!

The paradigm of the electric city does not end with electric cars, on the contrary, it is just beginning. A city changing before our eyes expands its internal spaces and allows the use of electric bicycles:

    single wheel electric bikes

and of course personal transport systems like segway

or such e-scooters: Manufacturers also create universal platforms for assembling their own cars. But the most interesting and surprising in all of this is that all this can be assembled on the spot today :) There are a lot of instructions on the Internet for assembling various e-mobility. All components are sold in i-stores. Whole assembly kits are sold immediately. Here's an example of an electric bike assembly kit. To buy this motor-wheel and related products, just click on the picture and you will be taken to the manufacturer’s store: I repeat that you can find all possible instructions on the network, including instructions for assembling your balancing devices according to the type of well-known segway - for example. here

And how is electric vehicle industry developing in Russia?
maybe not as fast as the world, but not as slow as it might seem to a pessimist. Moscow is investing in the development of electric vehicles and today electric vehicles carry Muscovites and guests of the capital in the parks Tsaritsino, Serebryany Bor and Vorobyovy Gory. Mikhail Prokhorov has plans for the construction of a Russian electric car worth 350-400 thousand rubles. The Yarovit project
If you search a little in RuNet, you can even find Russian manufacturers. Here is
the V-300XL electric bike , and a proprietary motor wheel .

What countries and how much do they devote to creating an electric car?
Germany allocates 1 billion euros of automotive industry. In the United States, companies received support in the total amount of $ 2.4 billion for research and production of batteries, components, and automobiles.

Which Russian city will be the first experimental electrograde?
In any case, the question of which Russian city will begin the first experimental use of electric vehicles remains open. But I know for sure one thing, that this particular city will receive great fame, support from the government, and attention from car manufacturers. And it is in this city that movement and life will begin, which will fill the city residents with meaning and deeds ...
