The next blow of the Ukrainian operator “life :)” to its subscribers (“compulsory services”)

The theme of the use by various mobile operators of their right to change tariffs and tariff plans has repeatedly been raised on Habrahabr. This article is an additional "5 cents" in this thread.

I want to make a reservation right away that this article does not carry any advertising, anti-advertising or any other type that may affect the attitude to the companies and their trademarks affected in the article, the nature, but is merely an expression of my purely personal opinion based on certain facts related to the provision of mobile services, regarding the quality thereof.
Somehow (on November 26, 2009) I received an SMS from the Ukrainian mobile operator “life :)” informing me that the bonus is becoming even more profitable, that is, on November 27 I will receive 10 minutes in Ukraine instead of 5 bonuses of an additional account (it should be noted, that I received bonuses at the time as a result of a promotional offer that allowed me to double the amount of the main account by transferring funds from it to bonuses on an additional one). In case of my disagreement, I had to send SMS to one of the operator’s numbers. I was very outraged, because I used the services of the specified operator, mainly for calls to Russia. I called the information center, expressed my indignation, but this did not solve the problem, because I still had to send SMS to refuse the imposed “bonuses”. After that I hoped the crisis was over and the operator will cease to hunt with similar methods, but it wasn’t there. Today I received a message from him again, from which I learned that for me there were changes in the tariff plans or in the tariffs of the plan (I can’t determine what really happened - transfer to a new plan and rename the old one or vice versa).
After reviewing the new conditions and comparing them with those that have now become archived , I was genuinely amazed because I found out that now when replenishing the account, they will charge me for the service (100 SMS to the numbers of subscribers within the operator’s network), which I , in principle, I do not use.
And what do you think, Habra residents, are such and similar actions of operators logical?
