The epic in personal data continues

The Federal Service for Technical and Export Control suddenly stepped up again and did a lot of work under federal law No. 152-FZ “On the Protection of Personal Data”. On March 5, two documents that previously stood up to any IT-employee like a bone in the throat were canceled. These are “Recommendations for ensuring the security of personal data during their processing in personal data information systems” and “Basic measures for organizing and maintaining technical security for personal data processed in personal data information systems” ( Pruflink )
    What does this give?
Firstly, now it’s not necessary for PD operators to have a license to carry out technical protection of personal data.
Secondly, now software will be certified only for category K1, which still needs to be earned.
    What can not but rejoice.

UPD You can’t see these documents on the FSTEC website now, because
