Crazy pens or how to connect the computer to power

I was going for a few weeks on a business trip to Sevastopol, and working on the shaft, I take along my old computer and CRT monitor. From work, I grabbed one power cord, and at home with Monique I was going to take another, naturally forgot. That's what happened in the end ... I

stopped at my wife’s parents.
It was in the evening, I pulled out the glands, I look and understand that there is only one power cord, and I need to power both the system unit and the monitor. I think we need to get out of the situation, there’s not much time to wait. I remembered the wonderful program “Crazy Hands” and decided to connect everything on the same day. I’m for my father-in-law, I need some kind of lace ... I got a bag with scraps of old wires, started picking it, a screwdriver + pliers from the tool. He removed the power supply, disassembled it, slightly bent the contacts, screwed a piece of wire with a plug, shook it with electrical tape. But it wasn’t there, when I connected everything, it turned out that the cord that I took as a worker turned out to be inoperative. He approached the question creatively, because there wasn’t much desire to open the monitor ... Photo: the
