These entertaining SIM cards

Recently, the news has released information about the release of SIMFi - a SIM card with Wi-Fi with which you can turn an ordinary mobile phone into a router. And the other day, the Koreans from SK Telecom pleased with the prototype SIM-card with 1 GB of memory, a processor and a built-in Android platform.

The manufacturer claims that such a "SIM card" is useful for transferring all user data from one phone to another. The SIM card supports USB 2.0 and, interestingly, it can be used in conjunction with a keyboard, mouse and other peripherals (I wonder how?).

Unfortunately, this miracle of technology is unlikely to get to mass production. With its prototype, SK Telecom simply wants to show what technologies to miniaturize components are capable of today.
