Annotating Images
How does the administration look to slightly humanize the procedure for annotating images?
Problem: If I need to somehow annotate the downloaded image, then you can use the alt tag, but the problem is that such annotation is not explicit. Those. the user will not see a text commentary on the picture until he makes a hover.
Example:
Barbara fishfish fishfish fishfish fishfish fishfish fishfish fishfish fishfish fishfish fishfish fish
fish rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba rybaryba fish rybaryba rybaryba rybarybaryba rybaryba
Proposal: Make annotation more friendly, such as it is done at wired.com ( http://www.wired.com/epicenter/2010/01/ipad-mini-sim/ )

i.e. draw a block comment to the photo below.
