Strange chrome repeating thing

On Twitter, when you enter with the main inscription on the button - instead of “Sign in” reads “Create list”. I thought this was a small problem on Twitter itself, although this does not happen in other browsers. Today I tried to go into Backpack - the same story, everything is correctly signed and works, except for the Sign in button - the backpack has “Add this note” (and this does not repeat in other browsers). WTF?
