DIS and IOTA distrust the site eee-pc.ru/shop

Do not judge strictly, this is my first topic.
I decided one day to buy an increased capacity battery for my eee pc 900. I went to molotok.ru looked basically acceptable prices, compared with the prices of eee-pc.ru/shop. In a shop it’s even cheaper, I left an order; I received two letters notifying me of a purchase, one letter with a receipt for 2960 rubles. I printed out the receipt and paid immediately. After payment a week passed from the store silence, confirmation of payment has not been received. Having visited the EEE PC forum, I found a whole section of indignation eee-pc.ru/forum/viewforum.php?id=16. And oh horror !!! They don’t answer me, I sent the money - the only thought visited me was “They threw me !!!”. Since 8 days have passed since the payment was made, and the site is promised a refund no earlier than 3 weeks after its payment the story is not over yet ... But I warn the Habr community do not get anything there !!!
