In the vicinity of the customer was located only payment "Orange" . The payment was made to my Webmoney R-wallet. Actually, we are waiting for the transfer, because usually the money reaches within 10-30 minutes. But not this time ...
The situation was such that an hour passes - there is no money. Two hours pass - there is still no money. A day has passed - there is still no money.
Patience was not enough, they made a call to the support service indicated on the check.
The dear young lady answered, something like this: “some kind of malfunction, yesterday’s payments came today only.” Like wait. Well, well - where didn’t we disappear? We look forward to the end of the hosting period on the master 2 days left. “We’ll manage to move,” I think.
The next morning, money did not come again. Lunch time - decided to make another call. The sweet young lady again replies that: “they put us in the queue for sending (and yesterday you forgive what you did?) Call a little later in the evening if you do not come.” Patience is still enough - so we are waiting.
Checking the account - Alas. We make a second call (already the third one turns out).
Dear Young Lady reports: "they returned the money from the web mani, they said there is no your phone number." Yes, it happens, when paying for webmoney, the device asks to indicate the same mobile phone number, BUT when paying, there was not even a hint of this. Bullshit we think! We inform the phone - “we redirected your phone number” - the interlocutor informs.
There are days left until the hosting is disconnected. I make backup files, muscle backup. We live!
On the phone, the operator also said that "we have all the payments frozen." Is there a flash mob and ten million people put money in exactly 1 minute?
Before disconnecting the hosting, less than 12 hours are left, the nerves are at the limit.
We are calling. The girl says that: "Payments are in the queue, yesterday your phone was redirected, there is no answer from the web money yet." Your division and carrier pigeons will fly faster and transmit this information. We call another hotline number, we inform you that the money has been going on for 3 days and we are sorry, but there is no time to wait. A woman / girl / young lady reports that everything is clear, now we will decide, "maybe denyuzhki will come to you within 15-20 minutes."
Half an hour passes - there is no money, hosting has been disconnected. An inscription hangs on the main page of the site - Server does not exist ... blah blah blah .
Legs in hand - quickly create a stub, transfer the domain to a hosting to a friend, copy the stub files - 15 minutes and the stub is already spinning.
The site is news, journalists are hysterical, one of which in order to get offsets - must show their articles to the teacher, as reporting - otherwise they will expel him.
Indicated by Khabravchians, what do you advise to do? Can I get a refund? Are there any deadlines after which payment systems must return money?
