Another story about Akado
On the Internet you can find a bunch of not very nice reviews and stories about the provider "Acad" ( by chi that be ). Moreover, Akado manages to annoy people in a variety of different ways: poor communication quality, annoying telemarketing, poor technical support, retroactive increase in tariff charges, charging for services after disconnecting from the provider.
Just the last one my classmate ran into. Publish her story. Maybe after reading this, someone will not fall for the same bait.
In July 2008, I became an Akado subscriber. Concluded 2 contracts: Internet and digital television. When connected, I was given 1 month of free Internet access. But since it slowed down a lot, a couple of weeks (before the end of the month) I called Akado and said that I want to refuse this service. And all ... More to get to them did not work.
They called back themselves ... a month later (which, incidentally, was already paid), asking the question: "Do you still want to abandon our Internet?" “Yes, we want to!” I had to pay the bill. And a few days later the guys arrived and took the equipment.
I thought it was all over, but it wasn’t there. After about a month and a half, the money that paid for the television disappeared from the account. With difficulty, but I still got through to Akado. To the question "What is the matter?" received a brilliant answer: "We reserved them in case you want to use the Internet again." The question is, why? After that, the girl assured me that I have NO debts for the Internet!
But this again was not the end. At the beginning of November 2009 (a year has passed!) I received a letter with a receipt for payment from Akado, and the receipt was not indicated for what. When I phoned the phone number indicated in the letter, to my surprise I didn’t get to the Akado office, but some kind of financial company. It turned out that I have a debt for October 2008, plus a fine for a year of non-payment! Why they didn’t tell me this a year ago at Akado, why they waited so much time to send an invoice, they distinctly didn’t answer me.
As you can see, Akado don’t understand where the debt came from for a service disconnected a year ago to a company engaged in “debt collection”. In order to finally get rid of them, Daria had to pay a monthly fee for a month + 2 times as much penalty.
