Ruby meeting in St. Petersburg: Development Tools

    The next meeting of ruby-programmers will take place on November 20
    (Friday) at 18:30 in the building of the Avalon training center (aka FPO SPbSPU)
    at ul. Obruchev, 1, auditorium 102 , first floor, to the
    right, the first door on the right side.

    This time, the topic is development tools.

    • Anton Astashov, the author of Vim Ruby Debugger, will remotely
      present his brainchild remotely from nightly Krasnoyarsk, and also explain why and how he
      uses Vim.
    • Fedor Kocherga will demonstrate Emacs, as well as his version of his
      logo.
    • Andrei Sitnik will tell you how to make a monster from Gedit, just by
      installing the Gmate add-on package, in the development of which he participates.
    • Ilya Zayats will show how Textmate is good for Ruby development
