    My girlfriend has had a macbook for two years now. She was delighted with him all this time, but recently he broke. When loading, an icon was displayed indicating that the system does not see the hard drive.

    I, as an absolutely armless person, did not poke them wherever I needed, but carried them to an authorized service center. It turned out that diagnostics alone cost $ 30, and a hard drive replacement costs $ 150. Okay, find out what the problem is there, if necessary, change the drive, I told them. They promised to call back the next day, to say the result.

    As a result, these comrades did nothing for a week, and I was tired of waiting. I came to them, they were sitting drinking coffee near a stack of macbooks. Upon a request to return the laptop to me and to score for diagnostics, they gladly gave me the laptop and continued to kick.

    As I said, I’m a man without arms, but when I got home I unscrewed 3 screws, inserted a new hard one that was lying around me, and it worked. Repair took 5 minutes.

    Do people really need money? They could have cut $ 110 of profit from me in the same 5 minutes. Where can I complain about this service? I do not know English. Service - Kiev, Makservis on Observatornaya street.
