Repair from a mobile phone to a refrigerator. Where?

From time to time you have to stand on the other side of the barricades from you (yes, I’m the same hated representative of manufacturers ’mobile services), but I decided to look at one thing through the eyes of the consumer - and I was horrified ...
The task, it would seem trivial, is to find where you can repair your favorite piece of hardware - a phone, mp3-4-player or other gadget (or not a gadget, but still electronic). But! I tried to make my way through the jungle of sites of various manufacturers (mobile phones of well-known brands participated in the experiment as the closest). Tons of flash, kilometers of links, wild irritation ... Then the thought came to my mind - is there a site where you can find all the information on warranty repairs of any different consumer electronics in 2-3, maximum 5-6 clicks? No. Absolutely. Or am I not looking so?
It seems to me that a similar project - the search for warranty service - would have been a definite success. What do you think of this?
