There was a desire to ask for help from a community of smart and advanced people, i.e. you :)
A few years ago, mankind has celebrated the launch of the revolutionary at the time the services, which have become known from Pandora.com and last.fm .
What’s most interesting, their algorithms differ: if a pandora uses analysis of the track itself and searches for compositions similar in sound and mood, then lastfm (as I understand it, and Genius in iTunes) uses statistics: if people often listen to song Y after song X , and you listen to song X, the program will put song Y in your playlist.
Personally, I prefer the ideology of Pandora. Because last.fm mostly comes up with what is already known: it’s logical, the most popular, “pop” tracks fall into the playlist, unlike the Pandora’s playlists, where you can find artists that Google has never heard of)))
But at the same time both services are free and work only in the USA (last.fm still in Britain and Germany). And if last.fm gives access to other countries for money (3 dollars a month - in general, a penny), then the pandora chopped off all non-Americans' access at all.
For a pandora used proxy some time. You can continue, but not too convenient.
Both there and there are minuses dictated by all kinds of producers, etc., somehow: it’s impossible to choose the song you want to listen to now, all kinds of restrictions, etc.
As a result, in order not to paint the situation another n pages: are there any other similar and high-quality services?
It’s advisable that for Russia they work without a tambourine, it’s quite possible for money (reasonable, nonetheless :)), and with an algorithm that looks more like a pandora than last.fm ... And, of course, the less restrictions associated with labels, all the better (of course, I don’t ask for the ability to download songs, but I’m also not happy about nonsense like the inability to press the pause when I want to).
