6 slides for 30 seconds or 60 for 3?
Recently, more and more often I have to meet with presentation files. Someone even manages to compile a presentation in the form of a presentation. This trend makes me incredibly happy, because I personally much more like to fall apart in an armchair and squeeze a gap, rather than burying myself in a monitor trying to pull out a couple of printed words and numbers from a few printed sheets ... We
have written a lot about how to make and arrange presentations. I do not plan to write about it now, just as I will not talk about the content. I want to talk about a slightly different approach to the corporate presentation format.
It is proposed to satisfy all conditions in one fell swoop: stretch the presentation to the maximum number of slides with the minimum amount of text on each, while laying a small part of the informative functions on the ability to visually associatively think: so that the viewer himself “translates” the picture that is not obviously connected with the meaning into the language that I I impose on him. This will draw the viewer into the narrative process and will keep his attention until the very end.
Another good move would be to try to prove in the subconscious of the viewer what was written on the slide through the illustration.
For example:

i.e. we say to the viewer “Everything is possible ... Even three aces in the flop ... And what I’m talking about here even more so!”
With this arrangement, it is difficult to distinguish the main phrases. This can be done by saving the slide from the illustration altogether (provided that we supplemented all the auxiliary slides with graphics).
You can also use the “continuation” of the previous slide:

A picture familiar to the user adds a certain interest to the slide:
The result is interesting , it seems to me. I called it a social advertising presentation.
Of course, I did not discover America, but I transferred the format popular on slideshare.net to a regular corporate presentation.
What do you,% username%, think of these presentations? You can expand the theme and paint a lot of different “little tricks” that will make presentations interesting with the number of slides> 60 and viewing time <5 minutes ...
PS Blog “Presentations. Practice and theory. ” turned out to be authorial and inaccessible to posting, so I write in "Learn to Work"

Let's start with the conditions and limitations of the viewer
- I don’t want to spend more than 5 minutes even on the most interesting presentations;
- I want the presentation to say “all at once”;
- I want the viewing not to strain;
- if you watch more than one presentation, you don’t want to wait until the neighbor reads the text.
