Skype 2.1 for Linux Beta

    After a long lull, Skype finally updated the Linux version. You can download the beta for Skype for Linux desktop 2.1 from the site.

    • High quality video support
    • PulseAudio Support
    • SMS sending (requires Skype Credit)
    • Contact Groups
    • Shortcuts / tags for more convenient organization of contacts
    • Improvements to the chat window (indication of the dialed answer, editing messages, etc.)
    • Improved mood / status and video contact list design
    • Improved tray icon =)
