The official regulation of the action in M. Video allows you to buy TWO IPhone

In continuation of yesterday’s story about the action with the sale of the IPhone in M. Video ...

Today I again went to the Spectrum shopping center, but not at the receiver, but just to watch the action. I arrived somewhere at 9:40, and the store (located on the 0 floor of the shopping center) opened at 10:00. The first floor of the shopping center was surrounded by security. People in black uniform stood every 5-10 meters. Entrance deep into the shopping center is strictly by passes. The escalator has accumulated about 35 people. Many of them arrived there at 6 a.m. and were waiting for the opening.

Familiar faces ... Those who did not have time yesterday and broke off with the purchase stood again. It is unclear how, but somewhere around 9:50 a small number of people gathered at M.Video's bottom. There were 8 of them. The security guard checked their documents, they all turned out to be employees of the Shopping Center, who can move around the shopping center without hindrance.

At 10 o’clock the crowd was let in and the crowded people hurriedly descended the stopped escalator down to the store. There was already a turn inside! The seller said that the handsets are only 10 today. After issuing two checks, the phones ran out. Bummer! Those who had been waiting since 6 in the morning were clearly unhappy. Who bought? Where are the tubes? Admin!

Employees of the store made excuses for the memorized phrases: "The employees bought the phones, they are the same customers." This clearly did not suit. “We no longer have iPhones! We can’t help you, come tomorrow. ”

But another man in a red T-shirt came up to the counter. "We sell 10 more iPhones, this is the maximum." You see, yes? They have tubes, they just don’t want to sell them. The senior manager (Andrey Andreev, hello!) Referred to the regulations, according to which they cannot sell many handsets (“Euroset will make a claim”). As always, people who knew “from reliable sources in the central office” that 62 iPhones were brought in at this store were on the spot. The unexpected appearance of 10 tubes indirectly confirms this fact.

Next was the internal abuse between the participants in the queue. They found out who was the first who should be answered. The security guard of the shopping center (who was on duty on the escalator) intervened in the process - he showed his fingers at everyone he "saw at 8 in the morning when he arrived." They got the treasured pieces of paper to receive an iPhone. Compared to yesterday, progress on the face. There were about 20 handsets, of which more than 10 went into free sale (I didn’t remember exactly, but somewhere around 5-8 it was not clear where).

By the way, there was a senior management from M.video. Maybe that's why they decided to throw more tubes.

I, as a buyer, are interested in why they sell so little and whether the store employees themselves are allowed to participate in the promotion. Typically, in such actions, the regulation states that employees and their relatives cannot participate. I asked for a schedule that the managers so often referred to. Naturally, no one wanted to give it to me. But we know that they should have such a document. Either a request to invite the store director, or a few entries in the complaints book from those without purchases, but they showed me some paper after about 20 minutes. It could not be copied, it could not be taken away. Just to get acquainted.

This document was an internal decree on the holding of action number 193(if I was not mistaken with the number I) dated August 4, 2009. It says that this action is supposed to help popularize iPhone sales, draw attention to the network and sales of Megafon SIM cards. Each participant of the action can be sold no more than 2 PHONES. Those. not one, namely two. Feel free to demand a second handset tomorrow morning. You must sell it, according to the order of the management of M. Video. The document does not regulate a certain number of phones, which should be sold per day. Those. excuses like “We can sell no more than 10 handsets a day” are the fantasies of store managers .

I managed to talk with the director of the store, which "does not produce iPhones." He said employees cannot buy phones until the store opens.. And that the situation in which 8 out of 10 tubes disappeared somewhere (there were ten, sold only 2, then it became zero) is impossible (= this should not be).

    In short, "come tomorrow."
