Google Picasa Extension for Posting Images on Twitter

I play on Twitter. The service made for myself and those of my friends who post photos in the feed. You might also be interested in watching. At least, buttons for Picasa do not appear every day.

Immediately, honestly, I post what I write posts on the “I PR” Blog - a link to the Microblogging button for Picasa .

Next will be the plain text, which I translated from English back to Russian. You can read it, or at least flip through and write a comment. There will be no pictures, all of them are on the link to the site and will not go anywhere until we read here. In the headings - the text "between us" (for their own :)

The text that should make the visitor understand the essence of the service

If you use the Picas program for cataloging and editing images, we suggest that you expand its capabilities with the help of Twivo, a means of publishing images directly to microblogging services. So, with the Tweak button for Picasa, you can post your images on Twitter via TweetPic directly from Picasa. In the future, depending on your wishes, the number of services that the Twivo button for Picasa supports will increase. And TweetPeek will not be the only accessible system for publishing links to images in our service.

Let us know how it works.

Imagine your entire image library in front of you in Picas, and now the most successful photographs can be accessed by your followers in a couple of clicks.
As usual, you choose a photo that you think is worth publishing, click on the Twivo button, add a little text and voila - the photo flies to your bird’s feed.

Just a bit of technical description. Google well done, nothing bad will happen to your system

Picasa’s infrastructure called PWU (Picasa Web Uploader) allows you to integrate third-party image uploads completely without downloading executable code. In fact, the PWU service button is a graphic icon of the button itself and a text description in XML that Picas understands. Therefore, your computer is not in danger of being infected with the virus when you install the Picasa plugin, unlike the binary plugins of other products.

We’ll end this with content, then there are my attempts to solve the problem of a short announcement on Twitter

Tvivo is an image publishing tool for microblogging services.
Tvivo - instant access to the Tweetpict image posting service By
installing Tvivo, Google Picasa users can quickly upload images to Twitter. Well, we’re not announcing detergent, in fact!

    And it will do!

Hi Twi! The button is talking to you! my name is Twivo!
I am beautiful and very helpful, and I came to help you!
I will help you share your pictures with friends!
I am friends with Picasa and TweetPik, and I want to be friends with you!

And I passed this text to the respected @ekozlov for the announcement in his campaign #ekpr

The @tvivo button for Google Picasa allows you to instantly upload photos from Picasa to Twitter bit.ly/OLrLd #ekpr

How? - Yes, no way ...

The service was done for several days. Since I’ve never been a typesetter, the HTML template sawed longer than the uploader code. Although this is not Aperture2Twitter, a solution that amazes with its cost, but after a week of the existence of the service, only a few people appeared who downloaded the button and started to post photos from Picasa. I promised that if someone else besides me will use the button, then I will add support for new services of the download. And now work is underway on the integration of yfrog in addition to the existing twitpic support. Still to come.

Again, a reference to what it was all about. Thanks for attention.
