Thumbnails and grouped bookmarks will allow you to quickly switch from one open application or message box to another with a maximum of two clicks.

Built-in instant messaging features between colleagues
IBM Lotus Notes 8 allows you to take advantage of the built-in secure instant messaging feature and find out employee status from any part of Lotus 8, including email, calendar, or contact list. To chat with a colleague, you no longer need to switch from one application window to another. Lotus 8 works just the way you like it.

Upgraded Email
