Zend Studio for Eclipse 6.1.2

Released Zend Studio for Eclipse 6.1.2

release includes updates:
- the Eclipse Platorm updated to version SR-2 (the Eclipse 3.4.2)
- the Eclipse platform DataTools - to the latest version of SR-2 (1.6.2).
- Eclipse Web tools platform - also up to version SR-2 (3.0.4).
- Eclipse Target Management (RSE) - now SR-2 (3.0.3).
- PHPUnit - updated from version 3.3.9 to 3.3.15
- Zend Framework - now version 1.7.8 is used, the Dojo 1.2 library is added as an additional option
