When one driver misses another, that other, thanks him, blinking emergency gang. It's nice even to those who don't give a damn about it.
When one user visits a useful site or just likes a resource, why not thank the author, especially if it is clear that the resource was created by a single person and was not originally designed for earnings?
You can thank if the site has contextual advertising. Just follow the link and the site author will lose an extra penny. In my opinion it costs nothing :) but it's nice.
If it went into the rule as with motorists ...
