So, it all started about 3 years ago, when I first had the opportunity to access the Internet from my own computer at any time convenient for me. True, then it was just a modem for 3000 rubles !!! As I was advised - the best and fastest ... Yeah ... Then 56 kbps seemed like the ultimate dream. Well, that's when it all started. I immediately plunged into this world of endless possibilities. I immediately felt that I had the potential that requires something more than just scrolling through the pages in search of porn pictures or reading bashorg. And I began to search, read, study. It seems that this was sooo long ago, so of course I do not remember all the subtleties and trifles. But still I will try:
Resource number 1. My first steps were finding a place to host my first site. There was no big problem. Yandex Narod.ru was then a very common hosting, and I, without hesitation, registered my site. The name was - it’s not commonplace to come up with: NAME.narod.ru. It is clear that about any particular title might not be out of the question, because I then still had no idea what I'm going to place on it, and whether I will do ...
Then began the period of the long-awaited creation of the site. I was obsessed with software, etc. and I decided to dedicate my resource to him ... And I started pounding the container ... I didn’t think anything at all in HTML, so I went about the first program to create pages. She became the small-scale Office Publisher. So, after a couple of months I got 10 pages of dirty HTML with 10-15 programs connected by an incomprehensible system of hyperlinks (I still don’t know how the publisher encoded what I painted visually). The resource was quickly forgotten and has long been removed from the system ... It's sad, isn't it? :) Mdya, it was necessary to immediately abandon WYSIWYG. Perhaps now it would be a brilliant coder-typesetter ...
Resources of "version 2.0": Further more, and I wanted something more serious than the static HTML curve on a wooden hosting. But, unfortunately, I still did not dare to code. And now, a couple of years ago, I began to come across systems that offered to create sites for free on their hosting, where you immediately get a ready-made template site. Naturally, UCOZ was the leader. I immediately created my Yukoznik under the uncomplicated name supersait.my1.ru. I began to progress, I began to realize that not a single soul would enter a resource with an initial address. And I chose a very universal name, which later, of course, did not justify itself. Then it was a stir! Dynamic site! A bunch of pages! Forum! I even learned to insert banners and counters on the pages ... But, over time, it was forgotten ...
Another common system of this type was called MyBB, SpyBB ... well, and many more analogues. In general, the creation of free forums on the phpBB engine. A resource was created on the * .informe.com domain, which even became visited !!! Yes, imagine my joy when 20 people registered on this forum in the first 10 days !!! True, then I did not understand that my friends from the forum were of little use and a month later the forum had already died. But, strangely enough, for more than a year, maybe even two, it still lies on the hosting ...
Resources of "version 3.0": And then I entered adulthood ... I started trying, testing, studying CMS content management systemsand distributions of various forums. Of course, there was a need to find a good free hosting with all the gadgets, and most importantly with PHP and MySQL. I tried them so much that now I won’t even try to remember them. I think that knowledgeable people will understand so well which Russian free hosting a year and a half ago were the most popular. I probably tried all the free CMS and forums. All this was very interesting and, in principle, understandable, but still there was no good idea ... And all this was only as a training. I graduated from high school and went to college. And then I got an idea. I wanted to do something for school. I decided that the site was useless, but the forum would go quite well. The SMF system was selected and I started tinkering. At first the site was made on ONEP.RU hosting... I even had a small promotion. 3 announcements were brought to the school, which we asked to stick near the schedule, in the teacher's office or elsewhere. After a week or two, the forum already had enough people. Even a couple of teachers and about a dozen graduates of 5 years and older! I was very glad! But then the hosting problems started, and I moved the forum to CROE.NET . And yet, having typed about 1000 posts, the forum stalled. I despaired and pulled away from site building ... The year of freelance went ... Pretty successful, but pretty unstable ...
New release!Only a couple of months ago I was ripe enough to start typesetting from scratch, typesetting in a notebook, and not some kind of hanging. And I climbed into the online encyclopedia. And I found a lot of discoveries for myself, both good and not very ... Let's start with the "not so", which, in principle, are also rather good. I realized that learning HTML in modern design is impossible without learning CSS in parallel , I realized that PHP is no way without MySQL . And I realized that all the beauty lies precisely in the harmony of HTML / CSS with PHP / MySQL. And when connecting AJAXetc. we can already achieve anything ... I even had to learn how to photoshop, because A site without design cannot exist either. And I made a resource for a month, which is quite good, in my opinion, for the first samopisny site. At the moment, he is at linkmoney.dax.ru . On it, I began to study optimization and promotion methods ... Without investing a dime in it (this is my principle at the moment), I began to register it in directories and enter in forums. Well, the optimizer from me is completely nonexistent yet, but 10 unique per day is still something.
PSThis is just the beginning of my journey. Now I have a high-speed unlimited Internet, enough free time and knowledge that is growing exponentially. In addition, in the near future my principle will be abolished, and I will allow myself to invest a certain amount in order to acquire a domain, good hosting, and maybe spend some promotion.
