
Adobe Flash Player 10.0 for 64-bit Linux
It so happened that users of almost all modern 64-bit Linux distributions have to use the 32-bit environment emulation mode, which pulls a bunch of libraries that may not be needed in the system (well, except for wine). This short tutorial contains a simple set of instructions for replacing an existing flash player with a 64-bit version from Adobe Labs.
To get started, delete the existing version of Flash Player that uses emulation of a 32-bit environment:

apt-get remove flashplugin-nonfree

mkdir ~/.mozilla/plugins/
