GMDesk allows you to use many Google applications from one window

GMDeskGMDesk is a convenient application written for the Adobe AIR platform, which allows you to keep all the most popular Google applications, such as Gmail / Calendar / Docs / Reader / Maps and even Picasa in one AIR window, quickly switching between them.

The whole idea of using applications like GMDesk is to transfer the performance of online tools to the user's desktop. The convenience is obvious: there is no need to open a browser, switch between tabs and make a bunch of other, completely useless, body movements. As I wrote above - GMDesk only integrates all the useful Google applications “in one window”, allowing you to switch between them, both by clicking the mouse and using hotkeys.

But GMDesk, which was last updated in June, suffers from a lack of trivial settings. For example, the same hotkeys cannot be reassigned. But much more frustrating is the lack of the ability to change the simplest things, such as font / font size.

And nevertheless - if you think that the application can be useful as a replacement for several Google browser applications with one desktop - click on the link . GMDesk is free, all that is required: Adobe AIR.
