Studying the history of computers and equipment closely related to computing, I found that in 2008 we had to celebrate another wonderful anniversary:
20 years TouchPad back in 1988, George E. Gerpheide created the first fully functional touchpad, then he called it “ Cat ”( source )
As you already know: on December 9th we celebrated 40 years of the Mouse .
In connection with these events, I suggest that the Khabravchans look for other wonderful dates, for example: “Video Card Day”, “TFT Monitor Day”, “Hard Day”, etc., as it seems to me to get a very interesting calendar.

The first 3D-accelerator (Voodoo 3Dfx) was introduced on November 6, 1995.
