Call me back on ... iTouch!

The British company Truphone, specializing in Internet telephony, today uploaded a special program for owners of iPod Touch with the latest firmware. Softina successfully turns the Touch into a mobile phone (provided that there is a WiFi point nearby).

Not only is the program handed out for free , owners also have free calls to other holders of “phone numbers”, as well as Google Talk users and Truphone Internet telephony subscribers. In the future - calls to landlines, skype, msn, as well as integration with Facebook and Twitter.

In order to make a call, you will need a headset from the iPhone, or an adapter. However, Truphone also plans to sell special headsets for communication.
