As part of the beginning Ukrainian university tour, several secret meetings of Opera Software agents with users will take place. As meeting places for the purpose of disguise, crowded places such as "Cafe", "Pub", etc. will be used. Agents will be soldered with beer and recruited into opera users, as well as they will tell several “military” secrets of a global scale and a couple of smaller secrets. Everyone is invited to join the secret meetings.
At the moment, our intelligence has managed to find out that the first such gathering will take place in the hero-city of Kiev, in the very metropolitan heart of Ukraine. Here is the encryption text:

Metro station: Independence Square (how two drops of water looks like Maidan Nezalezhnosti station, even geographically )
It is also known that agents will not stop there and will continue their beer subversive activities in the cities of Odessa and Lviv. So far, only the following is known:
Odessa - November 29, 20-00
Lviv - December 2, 21-00
It is known that opera agents prefer to choose drinking and entertainment venues with affordable prices and soft music, not far from the accommodation hotels. Thus, everyone who lives in these cities can know and inform a suitable institution in advance. Here is the additional information:
