Where to go to study?

Hello,

I am in 11th grade, and now the question arose: where, in fact, should I go to study?
I know C ++ well, python. With physics, mathematics everything is fine, I know English very well (I lived in America).
Interested in IT-sphere, most likely I’ll go to study as a programmer. I would like knowledgeable people to advise a good university / faculty in St. Petersburg. (Good here: adequate teaching + no dullness, such as Pascal and biology with a story)
