On the one hand, perhaps the decision of FAS is not very pleasant. After all, the healthy competition that Google could create for Yandex would hardly have a negative impact on end users.
And on the other hand, it seems to me that it would be better for domestic developments to be in domestic hands. After all, if the deal had nevertheless occurred, then there would have appeared another (bold) channel through which money would go from Russia to the west.
