According to the internal order of the management, it became impossible to close the deposit in the bank ahead of schedule. Already yesterday it was impossible to withdraw money from Globex salary cards. The bank also did not make payments in the Western Union system, which was explained by Globex to technical problems.
The bank management explained these measures by the significant outflow of funds observed since September. According to the vice president of the bank Emil Aliyev, if on September 1, the volume of deposits amounted to 27.1 billion rubles, then on October 1 it already amounted to 23.5 billion rubles, and by October 14 it was reduced to 20 billion rubles (that is, 15% )
