Announcement of the third issue of Habradio

More than a month has already passed, and neither the horse nor I were lying on the third issue of Habradio. And a lot of events, meanwhile, happened: a lot of innovations on Habré, and popular unrest, and other interesting things. And a couple of other announcements, which I would also like to talk about, have accumulated.

So, in the third issue of Habradio I will, among other things, talk about:
