.mastername simplifies domain auction

On Friday, the .mastername registrar company announced the simplification of the procedure for conducting a domain auction. We are talking about the possibility of filling out a notarized transfer order directly in the process or even after the end of the bidding. Previously, without this document it was impossible even to submit an application for an auction.

Thus, today the procedure for selling a domain through an .mastername auction is as follows.
    1. The domain owner submits an application for an auction. In this case, he must indicate the method of transferring payment to him.
    2. The auction is held in the usual manner.
    3. After the end of the auction, the seller must provide a notarized order for the sale of the domain within 10 days.
    4. The buyer pays for the domain.
    5. The company-registrar transfers the payment to the seller (net of income tax) and reissues the domain in the name of the buyer.

The updated procedure is somewhat more convenient than its generally accepted version, when notarized documents are required before the auction. The fact is that it allows you to save time (in parallel to conduct tenders and execute documents) and to avoid costs in cases where the domain could not be sold. It seems that soon other changes will introduce similar changes to the rules of domain auctions. We especially expect this from RU-CENTR, R01.ru, Reg.Ru and other really popular registrars.
