Effective time planning. Experience.

Now on many thematic blogs and forums they are actively discussing the problem of the effective use of their working and free time. Well, I am trying not to depart from general trends, I will talk about this problem. In fact, this question is very, very important, because your future will depend on how fast, smart, and generally effective your future will be. For bloggers, this question is even more critical, because if you stand still, do not go forward, then it will be simply impossible to catch up with competitors who have gone in front of you! The same can be attracted to people of any other professions.

At the moment, the Internet is simply teeming with all kinds of case planners and programs for effectively planning your tasks. Today I’ll consider one of the best and most widespread programs - Outlook 2007. Using this program you can not only plan your meetings, but also schedule things a day / week in advance, which allows you to make the most of your time.

I will remind the history of this program: once upon a time it was a simple mail program, BUT today it is a powerful tool for sending / receiving mail, planning your affairs and organizing your work. This can already be said de facto in the CIS market.

In order to use the planning tools you need to go to the calendar. The calendar window is divided into several blocks: a calendar block for a month (in short form) and a calendar block for a day broken by hours. It should be noted right away that a day can be broken down into both working hours and all hours of the day. If you press the month button, the calendar window will break into the days of the current month. Also, the calendar can be used not only for planning tasks, but also for receiving information about tasks for a specific day.

The entire interface of the program, as expected by Microsoft, is intuitive and simple - even an infant will understand :-). All blocks are hung in their places and there will be no problems finding them.

The only thing I want to say is that in order for Outlook 2007 to properly notify you of appointments or events, it must be constantly on on your machine.

I want to remind you that you can read the full version of the article on the MNone.NET blog . In addition, there you will find many more interesting.
