The state is stealing my money

Sorry, this doesn’t apply to very many, but ... it’s painful.

I live in the capital of Kyrgyzstan - the city of Bishkek. Until recently, I loved my country very much and respected the state. I never allowed myself to speak badly about my homeland. Always believed in her bright future.
I have my own business - a company working in the field of information technology, that is, constant contact with computers. In my personal life, everything is fine with me too - a young wife, an addition is expected in the family. All my affairs went uphill, but at one point ...
My government, having made certain calculations, revealed that the city of Bishkek consumes much more electricity than it is allowed according to the plan. And, of course, the ingenious decision came to the mind of local officials - to chop off the fuck electricity. And not just like that, but according to the schedule, 6 hours a day, in certain sections of the city (which together make up the whole city without exception).
God, just imagine what is happening with my business, with my work, with my company. Electricity is lost 7 times a week, but 6 times of them - in the afternoon. During working hours.
The houses are now terrible too - electric stoves, electric pumps. 21st century mumble ...
Traffic lights do not work on the streets - traffic jams, accidents. In addition to everything, schools, kindergartens and even hospitals are turned off.
And now, from that very moment, I scream loudly that I hate my state - these vile thieves. How will I pay taxes? How will we raise a baby? How will we live in winter (oh, all this garbage will last until April 2009).
And now there are two facts:
In those houses where deputies, officials and other people of the "upper" class live - the light is on around the clock. Of course, deputies will not be able to live in the dark.
SeverElectro (a company that actually deals with electricity supply in the country) - sells electricity abroad.

    Conclusions:
The topic does not apply to the subject of Habr, but I'm sorry, I scream from grief. 21 century. I pay taxes, for which I sit in the candlelight. Most importantly, I don’t want to leave. I just started to get on my feet ... and if I move to another side - who needs me there ???
