Well, let's say you are a young director and suddenly your phone rings. You pick up the phone, and from there, "Hello, Guy Ritchie is bothering you." Well, or you, for example, a young ballerina and you suddenly “Hello, this is Plisetskaya. I like the way you dance. ” Well, or, let's say you are a young hacker and then Kevin Mitnik calls you ...

One fine day I was at work (on fine days, as a rule, I always sit at work, like everyone else) and then the phone suddenly rang.
- Yes! I snapped shortly and in a businesslike way.
- Hello! - the chant said the phone.
- Truly. I answered politely.
- Do you speak English? - politely inquired at that end in pure English.
“I understand your question.” Yes ah doo! I replied in less pure English.
- Hood! - Have fun on the phone. “It worries you from Pixar Studios.”
- Oh my God! I did not believe, and only now I saw a phone number starting with one.

It turned out that this is really a Pixar studio and that our work did not go unnoticed by these monsters of animation. And that we are invited to the city of Emeryville, near San Francisco, in order to get to know each other better.

Upon arrival at the studio, I was talking with these people and I did not leave the feeling that this was some kind of practical joke. We talked wonderfully about the prospects, about cooperation, they showed me the studio (not all, of course), I returned, but I still have a feeling that I was played out.

PS Yes! Most importantly, they talked about Gypsy in Pixar. So they said, “An interesting project. Maybe it will work out for you. ”That's what polite and cultured people mean. They will never say in person: "You are funny, lovers ...".
But seriously - we still work and work. It was clear before the trip and became crystal clear after it.
